Since late 2023, 23 and Frosty has partnered with AMMA to redefine its name, brand and digital presence. We delivered a complete rebranding with a bold new logo, a refreshed name, and a modern website that serves as a hub for engaging, authentic content and a key resource for students and future apprentices. Our services spanned creative content development, professional photography, and high-quality video production/editing. With a targeted, data-driven social media campaign, our efforts doubled new apprentice sign-ups within the first year and continue to build a vibrant online community.

Branding & Identity

We redefined AMMA’s visual identity by creating a bold new logo and refreshing the brand name. This rebranding effort was a dramatic improvement from the previous name of the apprenticeship, resulting in a more marketable and overall more effective brand.

Digital Presence & Website

A modern, user-friendly website was designed and launched to serve as the central hub for all AMMA content. The site not only reflects the new brand identity but also provides up to date, useful resources for prospective apprentices.

Content Creation & Photography

23 and Frosty produces authentic, high-quality photo content at AMMA on a regular basis. These visuals have been integrated into the ever growing AMMA digital asset library, providing a rich resource for current and future marketing efforts.

Video Production & Social Media Content

23 and Frosty develops dynamic video content, from concept to final edit, showcasing everything from final projects, field trips to instructor-led training sessions. This video production not only highlights the technical expertise of AMMA’s apprentices but also tells their inspiring stories and much more.

Social Media Campaign & Analytics

Through a targeted social media campaign on key platforms, we drove engagement and doubled applicant sign-ups over the first year. Our approach was data-driven, leveraging detailed analytics and reporting to optimize performance and make valuable insights on which posts to invest into and when.

Project Management & Coordination

Ongoing scheduling, coordination, and strategic oversight with the AMMA staff results in a continued flow of new content with photo and video shoots taking place each week – Creating updated, current posts on a variety of platforms.
